my story
Who I am
My name is Aleksandra — a certified yoga teacher RYT 200h, trained in Bali, the island that taught me how much deeper both the body and mind can go. Today I live and teach in Sicily, a land that breathes alongside me.
My practice moves between Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga: classes designed for those who want to feel their body in motion, learn to breathe with intention, and find stillness within a busy world.
Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, there is space for you on the mat.
the path
My journey
First practice
Yoga enters my life during a moment of change. What started as curiosity became a daily anchor.
RYT 200h Training — Bali
A month immersed in Bali, studying Vinyasa and Hatha under master teachers from around the world. A transformation of body, breath and perspective.
Teaching in Sicily
I begin teaching in Palermo — first small groups, then online after discovering how much the practice travels across screens.
First retreat
I create and lead the first multi-day retreat in Sicily. Sixteen participants, five mornings of practice, one shared experience I will carry forever.
Online & in-person
Teaching in three languages — Italian, English, Polish — reaching students across Europe and beyond.
teaching approach
How I teach
My classes are built on four pillars that guide every session — whether online or in person.
Accessible
Yoga is for every body, every level, every story. I adapt every class so no one is left behind.
Breath-centred
Every movement grows from the breath. When you learn to breathe well, everything changes.
Personal
I see each student as a person, not a participant. My teaching is about relationship and trust.
Transformative
The mat is a space of possibility. I believe that consistent practice changes how you live beyond it.
