Absolutely. My classes are designed for every level and I always adapt the practice to the group. All you need is curiosity.
Where do the in-person classes take place?
Mainly in Palermo, Sicily. The exact location is shared after booking.
Are online classes live or recorded?
Mostly live, so I can guide you and offer real-time feedback. Recordings are available for 48h after class.
What do I need for online classes?
A yoga mat, about 2x2m of free space, and an internet connection. Zoom (free) for live sessions.
How do I book a private lesson?
